We've emailed you also - but we are very sorry you were not happy with your cake. You chose the "custom design cake", we do have to edit some of these cakes as they are not formatted correctly. We tried to match the design you created as closely as possible. The green header and footer was still on the newly designed cake. Each cake is examined before it heads out just to make sure it matches our standard.
