This is the best service ever. The cake is scrumptious and so fresh you'll not believe it's also very well presented. I would recommend anyone needing a celebration cake to order it here, you'll absolutely love it. One thing though, don't pay the extra for morning delivery, it doesn't work. Standard delivery guarantees noon delivery, I paid the extra but my cake was delivered just after 12. That will not stop me ordering again as the cake is beautifuland all enjoyed it.

We were delighted to receive our son's 21st birthday cake! It arrived on the morning of his birthday, was packaged very well and looked great. Our son was very happy. It enhanced our special occasion.

Great cake for my son's 40th Birthday. Everyone loved the half and half - both flavours great - even the normally non-cake eaters said it was lovely and moist. Went too quickly! Would recommend for presentation, quality and service.

I ordered balloons and cake ( for my wife 50 birthday ) of the internet which is something I don't usually do as I like to see first hand what I am buying.
The balloons were a complete rip off and easte of money what I paid £40 for I could of got more and better for £10 in my local shops.
As for the cake it was superb and has restored my faith in the internet.
It looked as good as the photos and every one said the sponge filling was light and very tasty

My son's Pokemon 6th birthday cake arrived in perfect condition; the cake was exactly as on the website and as per my instructions for name etc; and the cake itself was gorgeous. It was not too sweet, the sponge was moist and the filling really generous. I may have been a bit mean with the portions though, because I got more slices out of it than expected! Thank you very much - brilliant.

A big thank you! I left it till the absolute last minute to order the cake, but you really helped me out and it arrived punctually the next day. Tasted fab - I went for the half half option - personally I preferred the chocolate - typical woman! :-) but everyone enjoyed the cake and it looked really good too! I was going to buy a cake from a new cake shop for my Daughters 25th, however leading up to Xmas I was Hospitalised and was not mobile until the 3rd of Jan. When I went to the shop it was far to late to rder one. My Daughter would have been upset with a Tesco Cake so I went on the web and input emergency Birthday Cakes. Wow when I found your web site I was over the Moon, I went on picked the design and the colour paid and prayed. Your Company did what it said on the box depatched the cake whilst keeping me up to date on its process and got it delivered the next day, my daughter face was a picture the small of vanilla filtered through the house and the taste was incredible one of the best. The cake looked good- though smaller than I expected. The cake for kids was very soft and sticky, a real mess when they were trying to pick it up and eat it (they really should have had a fork and spoon).

I was tasked with finding a specific cake last minute so i was in a panic. The person I spoke to on the phone ended that, they were so professional & helpful (they even directed me through the website). The cake arrived today and is even better than expected and was delivered before 12:30 as guaranteed, securely packaged. When you are in a different country from your eldest daughter for her birthdays, there is nothing as good as the smile on her face (seen on Facebook!!) when she is blowing out the candles on another fabulous cake from Cakes Next Day. We were so pleased last year, that we ordered another cake this year and went a size bigger because we were told it was so delicious. The ability to personalise the decorations is wonderful and made our daughter's day when she opened the box to see her favourite NFL team shirt with her year on it. The customer service is perfect. Now if only they delivered to Jersey too.....

I ordered a cake for my Mothers 86th Birthday at 1.45pm on Friday and the Cake arrived at 8.00am the next day ! ! Unfortunately the labels had been mixed up and the Cake I received was the wrong one. I called the office and received an apology and a replacement cake was hand delivered to me in time for her Party ! ! Many thanks we all make mistakes but it is refreshing to have a Business like yours that has sufficient pride to ensure the mistake is rectified and the cake is fabulous thank you so much.

Amazing cakes! I bought a Newcastle United cake for my Fiance for his birthday back in September. It's honestly the nicest cake we've tasted! I chose the light, moist sponge and it's exactly as it stated! The yummiest sponge I've ever had! We just bought another cake for my Fiance's mum's birthday (only because we were secretly hoping for a big piece of it) and that too went down very well. The cake arrived in good condition though the ribbons had come loose. We had chosen Alice in Wonderland and the picture was lovely. We easily fed 27 children and their parents which was amazing. The sponge itself was delicious, very light and definitely moreish!! Would recommend your site without hesitation and will use again.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the lovely cake that was delivered for my husband, Andy's, 50th Birthday. I was a bit worried, ordering from the internet, but I cannot praise you all high enough. You made it to my exact specifications and considering the picture I sent to you was a scanned photo which was practically 50 years old, it came up perfectly. I only ordered it on the Sunday, for delivery on the Tuesday to my place of work, ready for the celebrations on the Wednesday. It arrived at around 9.40 am and was perfectly packaged. My husband was thrilled with it and everybody who sampled it, commented on how lovely and fresh it was and one of the best cakes they have ever tasted!! I really want to thank you for the excellent service & the amazingly delicious cake. I ordered for my son's 2nd birthday with his fave character Thomas the Tank Engine the day before his birthday. I scoured my area to find a bakery who can make the cake within 4 days but none of them accepted. The day before my son's birthday I was desperate and willing to order from the internet with little hope that the cake will taste good. Indi went extra mile as I ordered at 2:30pm and she still accepted my order to be delivered next day. It was fantastic, delivered perfectly and the hotel had it waiting in his hotel room and he was so surprised. I didn't get to taste it as I'm in the US but they all said it was fantastic. He showed me a picture of it and it was beautiful.

Just wanted to say thank you for delivering my son's birthday cake to his place of work.We could not be with him to celebrate his birthday so it was very much appreciated by all of us.It was very tasty also I am led to believe.

Just to say thanks for Robin's birthday cake which was greeted with suitable 'oohs and aahs' by all his party guests. Looked fantastic and tasted good too! -photo reproduction was so good that I felt like I was taking a knife to my own son!

Your cake was scrumptious!
Several people said how good it was,
and it all got eaten, which is a good recommendation.
I loved the creamy filling and the black icing
actually looked quite pretty with the lilac decorations,
so 5 stars from us!

The cake was delivered without a hitch to the bf's office
and he and everyone at his work said it was delicious.
It was apparently devoured within about 5 minutes
and everyone was singing my praises.

I'll admit - I was sceptical: The promise of a delicious cake, with a design on top of our company logo at a price that wouldn't upset the bean counters - AND delivered before 11am on a Monday morning. But that's just what we got from You!

Not only that my son was delighted when he saw the cake.
The other kids commentated it was the best cake they had ever seen
making my son feel even more special.
The cake tasted as good as it looked again many comments from the kids
on the taste.

My daughter received the cake today and said it was beautiful. Thank you making her birthday special when she is so far from home. She said the cake was so pretty she did not want cut it!

The cake was fantastic!! The picture with the lilac shading looking gorgeous and my sister and all the other guests loved it. And the cake itself was very delicious too. I have never seen cake disappear that quickly.

The cake was for our Daughter's birthday. We are living in Australia and it was great to be able to arrange a delivery of a cake to Kirsty on her Birthday from our lounge room in Aus.

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the wonderful cake (vanilla with Chelsea badge print) that was delivered to my office on my birthday. It looked spectacular & had a taste to match! It didn't take long for the entire cake to be demolished!

Well without a doubt you exceeded expectations. The cake was presented to my two children at
a special weekend at the Alton Towers hotel... Now as you can imagine... Alton towers are used
to surprises and parties.. but your cake gave them a little more.
