The cake was really lovely but it arrived too late and the wrong cake got delivered. It took a while to get sorted out and that is quite too much hazzle.
Birgit, We are sorry for the hassle, you paid the extra for delivery before 10 and the cake was delivered an hour late, we apologise for that and have refunded the extra charge. Getting to London locations early is difficult, but we do our best. The driver in her hurry picked up the wrong cake, which is not acceptable but understandable when stressed and battling early Monday morning traffic in Central London.
